Suzanne Miller Farrell founded The Storied House to bring sustainably-produced, unique and bold textiles to interior design. After running her own communications consulting business for 15 years, Suzanne decided it was time shake things up and to employ her entrepreneurial skills in a creative venture.

Travel is Suzanne's bailiwick and the inspiration for her work, with many of her collections named for places and experiences from her adventures. She lived in Dublin, Ireland for 6 years, traveled four continents extensively, and photographed everything interesting along the way.

Suzanne and her husband Paraig, a native of Ireland, have two children Margot and Rory and two very indignant West Highland Terriers, Georgina and Lulu.  They live in an 120 year-old storied house in St. Louis' historic Central West End.
